hello! we are
By the way, that's Berliner speak for 'it's good like that'
This is jut-so
We develop meaningful communication for brands with purpose. Ethics, sustainability, inclusion, and authenticity are particularly important to us. These values are our compass.
We care about integrity, technology, and clarity. We are strategists, designers, developers, copywriters – but above all we are people. We work as equals, listen to one another, and speak directly. Without the blah blah, but with heart.
This is what shapes our approach to creative and trusting collaborations with our partners, clients, and employees. That’s just ‘jut-so’.

Bio
Mariyam studied law, graphic design and even got certified as a Cambridge teacher. Malicious tongues would say that she didn't understand the principle of a healthy work-life balance. That's where jut-so came in handy. Mariyam sleeps three times a year and has both eyes on our projects the rest of the time.
Skills
Asana, Accounting, Quality Assurance
Fun Fact
Listens to Udemy courses at Fitness
Bio
When the apocalypse comes, Dennis is well prepared: He can almost sew and plays the banjo. In addition to these essential survival skills, his head is filled with programming languages and memories of his youth in the Bavarian outback. He may be the youngest in the team, but he has amassed enough general knowledge to last two lifetimes - and it shows.
Skills
PHP, WordPress, Linux, Java, Python, MySQL, Docker, JS, Git, (web)hosting, n8n
Fun Fact
Has used no social media since 2020 and is still alive
Bio
Mark was abandoned as a baby in a jungle of words and raised by wild syllable tigers. There is no other way to explain his lyrics. He likes to distil the essence out of things. When he's not throwing ideas around, he looks at his eyelids from the inside while meditating.
Skills
UX, Figma, copywriting, branding, concept, Photoshop, marketing
Fun Fact
Was almost in the Otto catalog as a child
Bio
Franzi has eight arms and two brains. There's no other way to explain how she manages to juggle a number of customer projects and keep an eye on internal processes at the same time. There should be a picture of Franzi on the office door that says: "This is where I keep watch."
Skills
Scrum Product Owner, Asana, Notion, Strategy, Consulting, Communications, Premiere, Canva, Social Media Marketing, CapCut, Elementor
Fun Fact
Keeps a secret family recipe for Swabian potato salad
Bio
If you say "creativity" three times in the mirror, Anna appears with a decaffeinated coffee and two finished designs. Is her creative energy exhausted? Not by a long shot. That's why Anna fills her free time with gardening, upcycling and crafting.
Skills
Figma, Elementor, Illustrator, InDesign, Accessibility, AfterEffects, UX, UI
Fun Fact
Anna has about 100 hobbies (drawing, watercolor painting, cooking, pottery, knitting, handicrafts, sewing, bouldering, swimming, gravel biking, dog sitting, classified ad hunting...). But not all at the same time!
Bio
If you could marry design tools, Jannis would have been over the hills with Figma long ago. Although he gets queasy during thunderstorms, he regularly hits the mark with his flashes of inspiration. Jannis loves systems, structures and clear rules. He perfectly balances out the chaotic, creative energy in the team.
Skills
Figma, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SASS/SCSS, CSS, HTML, regex, Wordpress, Accessibility, Corporate Design
Fun Fact
Listen to 150 bpm hardstyle to relax
Bio
Wow! Only Frida's appetite is bigger than her ears. Walks aren't really her thing, but she's very good at sleeping all day and begging for snacks in the office. Oh, and she also snores - despite this, she is regularly voted employee of the month.
Skills
Sleeping, eating, making puppy eyes, sleeping
Fun Fact
Frida is a cat trapped in the body of a dog
Bio
Lorenz is loud. Typing on the keyboard alone reaches a volume of 139 dB. Within the company, it is assumed that Lorenz was conceived at a heavy metal concert. This makes it all the more astonishing that he spends the whole day making sure that the jut-so's daily routine is quiet. When he grows up, he would like to become a project management tool.
Skills
Asana, MOCO, Make.com, Strategy, Automation, Processes, Planning, n8n
Fun Fact
They call him Lautrenz.
Bio
Julian rose from intern to working student like a megalomaniac comet. As megalomania is part of our DNA, Julian is now a valued mid-level developer with wide-ranging skills. What could possibly go wrong?
Skills
Wordpress, PHP, Vanilla JS, TypeScript, Docker, SASS/SCSS, CSS, Python, MySQL, Elementor, HTML, React, Next.js, Redis, REST, SEO
Fun Fact
Has been fighting for ages to get rid of his intern title.
Bio
Since Christopher learned to hack into his high school's server at an early age, he could really have become something with his embellished certificates. Chrissi likes to develop automations that save people time. Paradoxically, this costs him all his time.
Skills
PHP, Wordpress, gsap, Java, Python, SASS/SCSS, Vanilla JS, React
Fun Fact
Once broke his leg while jogging.
Bio
Djak is our ace up our sleeve. When we're out canvassing customers or trying to pull the wool over someone's eyes: Everyone trusts this visage. Jacqes also has a solid knowledge of branding, web design and illustration. But let's be honest - who needs to work when you look so damn good?
Skills
Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corporate Design, Elementor, Strategy, UI, UX
Fun Fact
Nobody knows how to spell his name.
You only swiped right. Right? RIGHT?

How we work
People before pixels. Technology is the tool, people are the benchmark. If design excludes people, or code needlessly harms the environment, that’s no good. Let’s do better.
We’re not going to fool you. No blah blah, no buzzword bingo. We tell you what works, what makes sense — and what doesn’t. Transparency and honesty are the keys to success.
Substance over spectacle. We don’t create waste. Not in our code, design, or marketing. What we do makes sense, uses as few resources as possible, and it looks great.
Think about tomorrow, today. We think further than just the launch. We develop solutions that are long-lasting and fit for the future, so that tomorrow will be just as good.
Are we a match?
Less than 2/4 matches? Then we're not a match 💔
Sustainability.More than just a buzzword.
Practice what you preach. These are some of our efforts to make our working life more sustainable:
Oh, birds just wanna have funds.
We think every profitable company should contribute to keeping our planet healthy. We donate 1% of our yearly revenue to the 1% For The Planet Network.
We can do more?Agreed.
Used Devices
We buy refurbished devices to extend their life cycle, and reduce the demand for new products.
Job Bike
To encourage eco-friendly city commutes, we co-finance bicycles for up to €900 per team member.
Conferences
Our team members can attend conferences on sustainability for free.
Green energy
We get electricity from sustainable sources. That applies to our office and to our websites.
Responsible Travel
When we leave town for a client project, we hop on a train rather than a plane.
Veggie Day
Once a week, we go out for lunch. For anyone choosing vegetarian or vegan – it’s free!
who we work with
A small selection of our recent clients. From brainstorming workshops to full-scale brand rebranding and AI automation, we’ve done just about everything you can imagine.
